Stewart Townsen is knowledgeable and experienced using ICF to build homes. He used his sense of design and drafting skills to build us a home that is strong, quiet, and energy efficient and completed it under budget and ahead of schedule. He kept costs under control by reusing temporary bracing materials and keeping a close eye on material and labor expenses. We decided to go with Total Electric, so we have an electric heat pump, water heater and water well. Because of the high insulation value and the tight construction, our monthly electric bills have averaged only about $130.
